The Catholic Committee on Scouting provides youth ministry in the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph by promoting the programs and activities of the Boy Scouts of America. These build character and teach devotion to God. The Scouting program is supported by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB). Our diocese is served by two committees:

• The committee in Kansas City serves youth of the Heart of America and Ozark Trails Councils in Missouri.
• The committee in St. Joseph serves Catholic youth of the Pony Express Council in Missouri.
